ITT is based in Western Kansas and offers telehealth counseling to teenagers and adults residing in Kansas.
Sessions are more than a conversation.
It’s a safe space to explore whatever is holding you back from wherever you want to be.
Every counselor brings something different to the table.

Sessions
Sessions run from 52 to 55 minutes. This is telehealth, so we’ll connect over a secure video chat. I’ve found many benefits with telehealth and I hope you find it easy and accessible, too.
Get comfy and create a spot with minimal distractions. Consider using earphones with a built-in microphone to ensure your privacy. Maybe have a notebook handy in case you want to jot anything down.
Be sure you have a decent internet connection. If you have a big screen, it may require a higher internet speed and our connection might not be as reliable. Cell phones are also an option and tend to have good connectivity.
This is my dog, Olive who might be sitting in on a few sessions with us, but don’t worry, she is bound to the same rules and regulations of confidentiality as I am. So rest assured, what is said in session stays in session. There are a few exceptions, which will be covered in the consent to service form which I send via therapyportal.
We’ll discuss session frequency according to your preferred pace and path. Generally, we’ll start with weekly sessions then shift to less often.

Scheduling
- The first step is to pat yourself on the back, you’re really doing this!
- I invite you to contact me in one of the following ways:
- Call or text 620.322.9737. Please note, if you text, I’ll assume it’s okay to text you back unless otherwise noted. Be mindful who has access to your phone, especially if you share sensitive information. As always, I’ll try and respond as soon as I’m able and within 2 business days.

3. Watch for an email from [email protected]. Once we exchange basic info (name, date of birth, phone number, email), you’ll receive an email with instructions on how to set up an account on therapyportal. It’s super user-friendly. Please note, you must first receive an invitation from me in order to set up an account on therapyportal.
4. Follow the instructions in the email to set up your account on therapyportal. This will need to be done before your appointment can be fully booked. Therapyportal is where you will go for our sessions, for signing the consent form and for submitting your payment information.
5. On the day of our appointment, go to therapyportal to connect. I suggest always having your password on hand. If you forget your password, just let me know and I will email you a reset link. There’s a “waiting room,” so you may log on early if you like.
